1. “My printer says I have a paper jam, but there’s nothing in the tray.” Often, this can be fixed with some canned air and blowing the machine out. There may also be a piece of paper inside the printer that ripped off and is stuck – you might need a flashlight to see it. Take the paper out of the tray, open all flaps, and look inside.
   
   
2. “When do I replace the cartridges?” Printers usually warn you if ink is running low. If you print only occasionally, toner might last a couple of weeks even after you get a low ink notification. It’s good practice to order cartridges as soon as the message appears. We can help you keep up to date on ink and toner when you become a MCS customer!
